PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN JARINGAN IRIGASI SUBAK JAKA DI KABUPATEN TABANAN

Abstract

Irrigation network management has important role and strategic in National Development specially in agriculture sector. Subak community participation in managing irrigation network will increase agricultural production. The perpose of the researare: 1) To analize community participation grade to manangement of Subak Jaka irrigation network in Tabanan Regency, Bali, 2) To analize effect among participation factors with the grade of Subak Jaka community participation in Tabanan Regency, and 3) To arrenge strategic increation or reinforcement of Subak community participation. The research is use qualitative - quantitative approach and research location at Subak Jaka, Kukuh Vilage, Marga Sub Regency, Tabanan Regency. The Result of research conclude that is: 1) Participatin grade of Subak Jaka community to irrigation network  management is stil in medium category, 2) Factors that influence significantly to participation grade community responden of Subak Jaka in Tabanan Regency that is incomen factor and amount of burden (load) and other factor that influence insignificantly thai is age, education level, wide land, experience (time as afarmer and 3) Any strategic that are arranged to incrase community participation are: a) To practice awig-awig / rules consistenly in any activitas, b) To increase human resource trough founding from connected institution management irrigation network and optimalize management or distribution irrigation water to increase agriculture productivity.
