Rapid monitoring to identify initial impacts using Sentinel-2 remote sensing data was able to detect forest fire areas. The forest fire area detection method using NBR (Normalized Burn Ratio) and BAIS2 (Burn Area Index for Sentinel-2) is able to detect fire areas well. The SI (Separability Index) results for both indices have good fire area detection results. The method for detecting forest and land fire areas in the Mount Arjuno area using NBR (Normalized Burn Ratio) has an SI (Separability Index) value of 1.32, which is better than BAIS2 (Burn Area Index for Sentinel-2). The initial identification results for the forest fire area in the Mount Arjuno area were 1673.78 ha. The initial direction of forest and land fires in the Mount Arjuno area was towards the southeast, namely towards Pasuruan Regency. Forest and land fires in the Mount Arjuno area reduced the area of forest affected in Pasuruan Regency by 1222.11 ha.
2024-06-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Pranatacara Bhumandala: Jurnal Riset Planologi https://ejournal.unhi.ac.id/index.php/Pranatacara_Bhumandala/article/view/4957 EKSPLORASI PENGARUH RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU PADA KENYAMANAN TERMAL DI PERKOTAAN 2024-06-25T12:35:31+00:00 Nabigha Arifa Rahardjo nabigharf@gmail.com Firman Afrianto firmanafrianto@mail.ugm.ac.id
The dynamics of rapid population growth encourage active urban development and industrialization, but it also has the potential to harm decreasing environmental quality because it triggers land cover change. Therefore, the land cover change of vegetation areas into built-up areas plays a crucial role in suppressing the factors that affect the level of thermal comfort in a city. Thermal comfort in this study uses the THI (Temperature Humidity Index) method with a comfort range of 21–26°C. The research data obtained by the remote sensing approach, specifically multitemporal Landsat satellite imagery in 2013, 2017, and 2021 The Landsat data extraction stage used NDVI analysis, supervised classification, land surface temperature (LST), and THI. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the extent of the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that the independent variables, including water bodies and healthy vegetation, lowered the THI as the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the variables of built-up land, open land, and unhealthy vegetation increase the THI. Based on the three THI Cirebon City models obtained, the independent variables that consistently influence are built-up areas and healthy vegetation, which have a relatively strong level of influence.
2024-06-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) https://ejournal.unhi.ac.id/index.php/Pranatacara_Bhumandala/article/view/5411 ANALISIS PERUBAHAN TINGKAT KERAWANAN BANJIR DI KECAMATAN SERPONG UTARA TAHUN 2017 DAN 2022 2024-06-25T12:35:31+00:00 Faishal Malik faishalmalik097@gmail.com aditia nata aditianata@esaunggul.ac.id
The rapid development of South Tangerang City has led to a growing population and increased building density, which has reduced the water catchment area. This has led to increasing flooding problems, one of which is in North Serpong Sub-district. The incidence of flooding in North Serpong Sub-district continues to increase from 2017 to 2022 due to the overflow of Angke River. This research aims to compare the level of flood vulnerability in 2017 and 2022 in North Serpong Sub-district, and map the results of the calculation of the level of flood vulnerability using several parameters, namely rainfall, slope, soil type, land use, and river buffer. This research uses the Weighted Overlay and Composite Mapping Analysis (CMA) methods using ArcGIS 10.8 software to determine the weight of each parameter which is then multiplied by a score. The total calculation of weights and scores is divided into 3 classes of flood vulnerability levels (very vulnerable, vulnerable, and not vulnerable). The results of this study found that the level of flood vulnerability in Serpong Utara Sub-district has increased from 2017 to 2022. The largest increase occurred in the vulnerable class of 223.85 Ha or 12.5% from 2017. The increase also occurred in the highly vulnerable class, which is 59.69 Ha or 3.3% from 2017.
2024-06-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Pranatacara Bhumandala: Jurnal Riset Planologi https://ejournal.unhi.ac.id/index.php/Pranatacara_Bhumandala/article/view/5953 ANALISIS JANGKAUAN PELAYANAN DAN POLA PERSEBARAN SARANA PENDIDIKAN SMA/MA NEGERI DI KOTA MALANG DENGAN PENDEKATAN NEAREST NEIGHBOR ANALYSIS (NNA) 2024-06-25T12:35:31+00:00 Ardia Diva Kuswara ardiadivaa02@gmail.com Mirza Permana permanamirza@ecampus.ut.ac.id Sri Listyarini listyarini@ecampus.ut.ac.id
Educational facilities, particularly institutions such as public high schools (SMA/MA Negeri), play an integral role in the structure of residential settlements. The availability of educational facilities strategically located in various community areas is a crucial element in meeting social infrastructure needs. A study was conducted to evaluate the coverage and distribution patterns of educational facilities, specifically public high schools (SMA/MA Negeri), in Malang City. Buffer analysis and nearest neighbor analysis methods were employed to assess the distribution and service coverage of these educational facilities. The results of the study, utilizing ArcGIS 10.5, indicated that the coverage of these educational facilities does not fully encompass all areas in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) radius of 3,000 square meters. The nearest neighbor analysis revealed that the locations of public high schools (SMA/MA Negeri) are randomly distributed throughout Malang City. The study concluded that public high school facilities are not evenly distributed across residential areas and do not comprehensively cover the population. Therefore, improvements in the distribution and equalization of educational facilities are essential to meet the equitable educational needs in Malang City.
2024-06-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Pranatacara Bhumandala: Jurnal Riset Planologi https://ejournal.unhi.ac.id/index.php/Pranatacara_Bhumandala/article/view/4316 TINJAUAN KEBUTUHAN INFRASTRUKTUR PERSAMPAHAN PERKOTAAN DENGAN METODE PERAMALAN PADA TAHUN 2022-2042 KOTA MALANG, JAWA TIMUR 2024-06-25T12:35:31+00:00 Rois Dinan publikasi.rois@gmail.com
Malang City is one of the areas included in the ranks of livable cities in Indonesia. In fact, in 2018, based on a study conducted by the Indonesian Association of Planners (IAP), it was stated that Malang City ranks first as the most livable city. One of the indicators measured in this study is the urban solid waste management system. Therefore in this study will be tested whether the available solid waste infrastructure in the existing conditions is still sufficient to overcome the generation of household waste in Malang City. The aim is to identify and forecast the need for solid waste infrastructure in Malang City. Time series population data is the database in this study, where forecasting will be carried out from the total population in Malang City, so that later the projection of waste generation and the amount of waste infrastructure needs in Malang City will be known in the year of forecasting. The results of the analysis show that even in the existing conditions, the solid waste infrastructure in Malang City is no longer able to cope with the generation of community waste in Malang City. Even for landfill waste facilities, up to 4 additional units are needed by 2027. From the aspect of land availability and capability for landfills, it is actually still very sufficient, but gradually the available land will run out. Therefore the government of Malang City must overcome the waste problem from the aspect of management in each infrastructure, not just increasing the amount of waste infrastructure.
2024-06-25T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Pranatacara Bhumandala: Jurnal Riset Planologi https://ejournal.unhi.ac.id/index.php/Pranatacara_Bhumandala/article/view/5054 BUDAYA HUKUM IMPLEMENTASI PERDA TATA RUANG DI WILAYAH PESISIR SANUR 2024-06-25T12:35:31+00:00 I Kadek Prana Jaya jprana858@gmail.com

2024-06-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Pranatacara Bhumandala: Jurnal Riset Planologi
