ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER (CCO) TERHADAP PROSES PELAKSANAAN PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG RUMAH SAKIT KABUPATEN BANGLI
Abstract
The development of world of construction in Indonesia is growing rapidly in line with the increasing need for infrastructure facilities and infrastructure. The Bangli City Government is currently constructing a Health or Hospital building to improve health services to the community, especially in Bangli Regency. At the time of project implementation, there was a change in the contract due to a request from the owner. This is the cause of the Contract Change Order (CCO) for the process of implementing the Construction of the Bangli Regency Hospital Building. The research was conducted to provide an overview of the party in charge of the project in responding to possible future problems and to find out the factors that caused the Contract Change Order (CCO) to the process of implementing the Construction of the Bangli Regency Hospital Building and what dominant factors had the most influence on project implementation, as a result, the occurrence of a Contract Change Order (CCO). In this study, factor analysis was used to identify the factors and the dominant influence of the variables that caused the Contract Change Order (CCO) in the implementation of the construction project for Buildings 1a and 1b RSU Bangli using descriptive statistical tests by determining the largest percentage of the variables tested. This method also provides a general description of the characteristics of each research variable as seen from the average (mean), maximum and minimum values. Based on the table above, variable A13 "Additional Volume of Work" is the causative factor that has the highest percentage and most often occurs with a percentage of 7.74% of the total assessment score of the respondents, the mean value is 3.64 and the standard deviation value is 0.902. While the factor that most rarely occurs, namely Field Safety Considerations, Improvement of Environmental Protection Regulations, Additional Needs for Functional and Maintenance, Changes in Decision Makers, and Changes in Material Specifications, with a percentage of 2.80% of the total score of all respondents' assessments, a mean value of 1.32 and a standard deviation value of 0.477.
