Therefore, it is necessary to develop a human resource leveling method to minimize deviations between needs and the availability of existing human resources, namely by Resources Leveling using the help of Microsoft Office Project 2019. The Resources Leveling method is carried out by shifting non-critical activities within the available grace time so that available resources are not overloaded. This research aims to analyze the duration of activities and costs required for the project through descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach and using secondary data sources from the implementing contractor, namely CV. Sustainable Gold. Based on the analysis results, it was found that the number of human resources that were initially overallocated could be optimized after the leveling process was carried out using the resource leveling method with Microsoft Office Project 2019. The leveling process affected the project duration, from 90 days to 103 days. This is because of max. units of labor that the contractor is able to provide cannot meet the max. units required for project implementation. The construction industry has quite a big risk and this industry can be said to be the most vulnerable to work accidents. ISO 45001: 2018 can be defined as an International Standard that regulates the requirements for </em><em>occupational health and safety management systems.</em><em> This study aims to determine the evaluation and application of O</em><em>H</em><em>S according to ISO 45001: 2018 regulations in the Phase I Singamandawa Kintamani Market development project. The type of data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data obtained from library sources. Data processing was carried out using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25. The type of research used was a combination research that combines qualitative and quantitative research, using 3 techniques, namely antecedents, transcendents, and output. The results showed that the antecedents' techniques of staff and workers stated they were very suitable with an average of 40.00 and 41.08 for the </em><em>OHS</em><em> policy and planning implementation stage, that the applicable laws and the commitment and leadership carried out were appropriate because of the -the contractor encourages workers to apply </em><em>OHS</em><em>. The averages of 37.09 and 38.04 for the </em><em>OSH</em><em> implementation stage are also very appropriate. In the transcendents technique, staff and workers stated that they were very compatible with an average of 34.09 and 34.63 with early identification of hazards and risk control. Whereas for the implementation of </em><em>OHS,</em><em> the average is 45.64 and 46.00, very appropriate, because there is supervision according to standards. At the output stage, staff and workers stated that they were very suitable with an average of 18.82 and 18.96 for the O</em><em>H</em><em>S performance monitoring and evaluation stage. The Canggu village area is an area experiencing rapid development which has an impact on traffic density. The Canggu highway is one of the roads that serves the tourist area corridor, with heavy traffic flow poor road geometric conditions, and side obstacles that reduce road capacity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the perceptions of people who live along the Canggu highway corridor regarding the factors causing traffic congestion in the Canggu Village area. Primary data was obtained by observation and distributing questionnaires containing closed questions to 400 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression statistics. The results of the analysis show that traffic flow, road geometrics, and side obstacles have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on traffic congestion on the Canggu highway section. Obtained Model Equation: Y=1.514+0.378X1+0.363X2+0.304X3+e, where traffic flow has the greatest influence compared to road geometry and side obstacles. The impact of structural failure varies from light to moderate, to severe damage and collapse. Thus, structural failure requires efforts to strengthen the structure with good reinforcement methods that are easy to carry out on-site. The existing building studied is the Villa Minggu Seminyak building, which is located on Jl Kunti, Gg Mangga, Seminyak, Kuta, Badung, Bali. To get good and easy-to-do reinforcement results, an investigation is carried out to obtain data on damage to existing buildings, and then analysis and evaluation are carried out. Models and analyses were carried out in 3D using SAP2000 software. The purpose of this research is to determine the behavior of existing structures before and after strengthening. The strengthening method used for column structural components is the Concrete Jacketing method. The results of the analysis show that the capacity of the existing beams and columns is insufficient, where the existing beam B1 reinforcement area of 896.47mm2 is smaller than the required reinforcement area of 1023 mm2, the axial force capacity and ultimate moment of column K1 are outside the interaction diagram and the structure's vibration time is 1.193 seconds smaller than allowable vibration time of 0.351 seconds. Thus, strengthening of the beams and columns is required. The results of the analysis and design show that concrete jacketing reinforcement requires 10 cm thick concrete with 16D13 mm main reinforcement and Ø10-75 mm stirrup reinforcement. This reinforcement can increase the axial load capacity of the column by 314.5%. Strengthening the beam with the addition of WF Steel was able to increase the ultimate moment of the support by 38.7% and the ultimate moment of the field by 39.6%. The ultimate shear force increases by 121.4%. The heating process produces excess CO? which has a negative impact on the environment. So in this research, the researchers conducted research on the effect of sandstone powder (SBP) as a substitute for Portland cement (SPI) in concrete mixtures because sandstone contains silica and alumina minerals which are suitable for use. as pozzolan. The test object used in this study was a cube measuring (150 x 150 x 150) mm, with the ratio: (0% SBP: 100 SPI), (2.5% SBP: 97.5% SPI), (5%SBP: 95% SPI) and (10% SBP: 90% SPI) which were tested at 28 days of age. Concrete mix planning (mix design) is carried out based on SNI 7656-2012 with concrete design quality 20.75 MPa, classified as concrete quality for building structures. One of the parameters to increase the stability of this retaining wall is to add a shear key structure. Shear keys can increase wall stability, resist shear, increase stiffness, resist lateral loads, and increase load capacity. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of stability (overturning and shearing) of reinforced concrete cantilever retaining walls by varying the shear key dimensions with the same cross-sectional area. The method used is a quantitative method using data on the properties of soil materials, reinforced concrete, and the geometry of retaining wall structures. The analysis uses the help of Geo5 software, which is geotechnical software for solving problems in the geotechnical field. In this research, four models of reinforced concrete cantilever retaining walls have been created, including model 1 (b/h = 0), namely the model without a shear key, model 2 (b/h = 1), namely square shear key, model 3 ( b/h = 1/4) is a vertical rectangular shear key and model 4 (b/h = 4/1) is a horizontal rectangular shear key. The results of the analysis produce rolling stability with an increase in rolling moment and a decrease in moment of resistance on average of 8.32% and 4.43% respectively for the model without a shear key with a maximum rolling safe factor in the horizontal rectangular shear key model of 2.24. A person's decision to shop online will indirectly influence a person's travel behavior, such as substitution (online shopping replaces conventional shopping), modification (changing the characteristics of the shopping trip), complementary (complementing the shopping trip), or neutral (no effect on the shopping trip). The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence online shopping activities on the travel behavior of people who live in the Kuta District Area. The primary data collection method was carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires containing closed questions to 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression statistics. The results of the analysis show that the trust aspect, the time and cost aspect, as well as the information and promo aspect have a significant positive effect partially and simultaneously on the travel behavior of people who live in the Kuta District area to use online shopping system services. The resulting equation model is: Y = 2.501+ 0.254X1 + 0.376X2 + 0.267X3, where the time and cost aspects have the greatest influence compared to the trust and information aspects.
