The influence of macro factors on the Canggu Highway corridor can be clearly seen from the uncontrolled use of land. The influence of micro factors is the large number of private vehicles used at the same time. The rapidly growing tourism sector in Canggu Village has an impact on the rapid development of tourism infrastructure, employment absorption, urbanization, and population growth. This study aims to carry out a performance analysis of the Canggu Highway section, North Kuta, Badung Regency. Field data collection was carried out using a survey method to obtain traffic volume and travel time data. Field data analysis used the 1997 MKJI Method. Based on the results of the analysis, the highest vehicle volume (Q) was 2,235.9 smp/hour; average speed 41.34 km/hour; Free flow speed 41.85; Road section capacity (C) reached 2,453.4 smp/hour; Degree of saturation (DS) 0.90; and level of service E, where traffic volume is close to or equal to road capacity. 2025-04-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) https://ejournal.unhi.ac.id/index.php/WidyaTeknik/article/view/7439 PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PENGENDARA TERHADAP FATALITAS KORBAN KECELAKAAN YANG MELIBATKAN MODA SEPEDA MOTOR DI KABUPATEN GIANYAR 2025-05-01T14:51:43+00:00 I Nyoman Suta Widnyana gussuta@yahoo.co.id Ida Bagus Wirahaji gussuta@yahoo.co.id Ni Wayan Oknovia Jayanti gussuta@yahoo.co.id The increasing number of motorcycles in Indonesia, especially in Bali and Gianyar Regency, is not balanced by adequate road infrastructure and public transportation, resulting in an increase in traffic accidents. The main factors causing accidents are humans, vehicles, and roads and the environment, with human factors as the dominant cause. This study aims to analyze the influence of driver characteristics on the fatality of victims of traffic accidents involving motorcycles. This quantitative study involved 400 respondents from Gianyar Regency through the distribution of questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were carried out, and data analysis used multiple linear regression with F tests and t tests. The results of the study showed that the variables of young age that meets the requirements (X1.2), not attending school (X2.1), physical and psychological conditions of drivers (X3), and driving with poor concentration (X4.2) have a significant positive effect on accident fatalities. Simultaneously, the four variables also have a significant effect with F count = 54.892> F table = 0.070. The regression model obtained is: Y = 0.249 + 0.098X1.2 + 0.077X2.1 + 0.142X3.2 + 0.159X4.3 + e. In conclusion, driver characteristics have a significant influence on the fatality rate of traffic accidents in Gianyar Regency. 2025-04-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Widya Teknik https://ejournal.unhi.ac.id/index.php/WidyaTeknik/article/view/7440 ANALISIS KINERJA RUAS JALAN BYPASS NGURAH RAI AKIBAT ADANYA PERSIMPANGAN DI JALAN MATAHARI TERBIT SANUR 2025-05-01T15:00:14+00:00 Made Novia Indriani novia@unhi.ac.id I Wayan Artana artana.str2@gmail.com I Made Yogi Suadnyana yogisuadnyana28@gmail.com One of the intersections in Denpasar City that has traffic problems is the Matahari Terbit intersection located on Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai. This study aims to determine the performance of the Ngurah Rai Bypass section due to the intersection on Jalan Matahari Rindu and to analyze the level of congestion that occurs on the road section. This research uses quantitative methods. Sample determination is carried out by observing traffic conditions along 400 meters and then recording vehicles passing according to vehicle type. The results of this study indicate that the peak hour volume analysis on weekdays or effective is 2359.35 pcu/hour and on holidays it is 2399 pcu/hour. The total weight of side obstacles is 179.7 on weekdays and 134 on holidays. The results of the road section performance analysis concerning the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997 on weekdays and holidays produced a degree of saturation (DS) value > 1, which was 1.75 on weekdays and 1.78 on holidays during peak hours. The level of service (LOS) on the Ngurah Rai By Pass road was determined in category F, namely the flow was blocked and there was a long queue of vehicles, very high traffic density and low volume after congestion for a long duration and a queue, speed and volume decreased to 0. This shows that an intersection on Jalan Pantai Matahari Terbit causes significant traffic congestion and accumulation, especially from north to south (direction of Denpasar City to Ngurah Rai Airport). 2025-04-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Widya Teknik https://ejournal.unhi.ac.id/index.php/WidyaTeknik/article/view/7441 EVALUASI PENGENDALIAN SUMBER DAYA PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG DITRESKRIMSUS POLDA BALI DENGAN METODE RESOURCE LEVELLING 2025-05-01T15:08:59+00:00 I Kadek Riki Arnawan mahapatni@unhi.ac.id I Wayan Muka mahapatni@unhi.ac.id Ida Ayu Putu Sri Mahapatni mahapatni@unhi.ac.id A construction project is a series of activities that are only carried out once and are generally short-term. In the process, there is a process of processing project resources into buildings. There are three important things to consider in a construction project, namely time, cost and quality. This study uses the leveling process in Microsoft Project with the trial-and-error approach method. The resource leveling process is carried out by changing the maximum limit of labor usage in the resource sheet, by selecting the max-unit section. In the max-unit, changes are made gradually so that leveling can be done because it is still overlocated and fluctuating. In the calculation, it can be seen that the amount of working time before leveling is 99 days with a total cost of Rp. 696,175,000. After the leveling process, there is a difference in working time of 12 days. This does not affect the duration of project completion, which is 210 days, because the leveling is carried out on a schedule that is overlocated and fluctuating, namely from the third week to the sixth week. The cost before leveling is Rp. 707,392,000, and after leveling it becomes Rp. 696,175,000, so the difference in costs obtained before and after leveling is Rp. 11,217,000. This occurs because the leveling process focuses on equalizing existing resources without having to add resources again. The number of workers for 13 weeks before the leveling process was 6,316 people. While the number of workers obtained after the leveling process was 6,216 people. The difference obtained for the number of workers is 100 people. 2025-04-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Widya Teknik
