<p><em>The Dawan-Pesinggahan Road section is one of the sections that has the status of a district road in Klungkung Regency. The Dawan Pesinggahan Road section is located in Dawan District, Dawan Village and Pesinggahan Village, which has a length of 3,300 km and an average width of 4.5 m. The Dawan – Pesinggahan Road section has existing conditions in 2021, namely 3,300 km in good condition, 0.9 km in moderate condition and there are conditions of light and heavy damage. In 2022, there will be a lot of road damage which will cause the condition of the road to decline and it is very necessary to assess the condition of the road so that we can find out what measures will be taken to restore road stability on the Dawan-Pesinggahan Road Section. Assessment of road conditions using the SDI method in Klungkung Regency was carried out on the Jl. Dawan – Stopover. The selection of this section as a sample was due to time constraints and the district road section used as a travel center in Klungkung Regency which needs to receive more attention through road management. Apart from that, the section used is a road section that visually has road damage. This research was carried out because there are still damaged roads that need to be treated quickly. This research aims to analyze road conditions, analyze the type of treatment and obtain costs for handling the road section. </em></p> <p><em>The data used in the research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a survey of road conditions by measuring road damage, while secondary data was obtained from the community development sector of the Klungkung Regency PUPRPKP Service, namely Klungkung Regency road decrees, Klungkung Regency road maps and basic Klungkung Regency road data. The research stages are, identifying road damage by taking measurements, data recapitulation by processing surveys, data analysis using the SDI method and estimating costs to repair the road. Assessment results for the Jl. Dawan – Pesinggahan Crocodile cracks at 13.54%, random cracks 18.71%, transverse cracks 17.06%, patches 14.66%, holes 12.03% and subsidence 13.24% and the estimated cost required to maintain this road section is IDR. 3,864,775,688.95</em></p>Made Mahesa Adi PratamaMade Novia IndrianiI Putu Laintarawan

<p><em>The urban population continues to increase due to uncontrolled urbanization. This increase in population is in line with the increasing ownership of private vehicles which causes an increase in the volume of vehicles on the roads. On the other hand, it is very difficult to increase road capacity due to the dense use of land. As a result, the volume of traffic exceeds road capacity, causing congestion and impacting noise. This study was conducted in the National Housing Monang-Maning area, West Denpasar, an area that experiences noise exceeding the noise level standard. The purpose of this study was to analyze public perceptions of noise levels. A total of 125 questionnaires were distributed to people living in the area. This perception data was analyzed using multiple linear regression statistics. The results showed that the variables Traffic Volume, Road Conditions, and Population Number had a significant positive effect on the Noise Level that occurred in the Perumnas Monang Maning area, both partially and simultaneously. The Sig. values ??were obtained, respectively, of 0.000 <0.050; t count of 6.263; 4.737; 8.360 > t<sub>table</sub> = 1.980; and Fcount = 72.763 > F<sub>table</sub> = 0.071; determination coefficient R2 = 63.50%; obtained model: Y = 5.331 + 0.295X1 + 0.229X2 + 0.344X3. <p><em>Currently, the motorcycle population in big cities in Indonesia is increasing very rapidly. Motorcycles are the most popular mode of transportation in Denpasar City. The increase in the use of motorcycles (SPM) has an impact on congestion, air pollution and high traffic accidents involving SPM. This study aims to analyze the increase in the use of SPM in Denpasar City, involving the variables of Household Characteristics, Costs, and Advantages of SPM. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, as many as 400 copies distributed throughout the sub-districts in Denpasar City. The questionnaire contains a Likert scale, containing statements, where respondents provide their perceptions through the available answer choices. Analysis of public perception data was analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical methods. Based on the results of the analysis, the variables of Household Characteristics, Costs, and Advantages of SPM have a significant positive effect on the Increase in the use of SPM, each with t<sub>count</sub> = 6.110; 6.847; and 7.865> t<sub>table</sub> = 1.966; and all sig values. 0.000 < 0.05. The influence of the three variables together is F<sub>count</sub> = 209.162 > F<sub>table</sub> = 0.072. Sig. value = 0.000 < 005. <p><em>In implementing construction projects, problems are often faced, one of which is the occurrence of changes. This cannot be avoided on most projects due to the uniqueness of each project and limited time and costs in the planning process. For this reason, adjustments need to be made and this often results in changes in costs and changes in project implementation time. In turn, adjustments made must also be accommodated in administrative and contractual aspects in the form of a Contract Change Order (CCO). The aim of this research was to determine the factors that cause CCO, and to find out the factors that cause CCO that are most dominant in the implementation of construction projects for culinary establishments and park guard posts in the city of Denpasar. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method, where there are 41 factors that cause CCO. The data analysis method was carried out using the cut off point method. The results of the research show that there are 33 factors that cause CCO in the construction of culinary establishments and guard posts identified from the results of literature studies, interviews and questionnaires with 30 respondents, and the most dominant factors that cause CCO are found to be 11 factors out of 33 factors- The most dominant factor causing CCO. <p><em>Column is a vertical structural element that functions to absorb axial loads and transfer them to the foundation. The structure of this column consists of reinforcement and concrete which is a combination of tensile and compression resistant materials. The column carries a combination of axial loads and ultimate moments simultaneously. The column must have strength where the strength of the column must exceed the working load. The purpose of this study was to obtain differences in the performance of reinforced concrete building structures using circular and square columns due to earthquake loads. The research method used is a quantitative method with the help of SAP2000 software with nonlinear Pushover analysis. There are two models in this study, namely Model M1 is a square column model and model M2 is a circular column model. The results of the analysis show that the behavior of the structure for lateral deformation in the X direction of the square column is stiffer than the round column, while the lateral deformation in the Y direction of the circular column is stiffer than the square column. This is influenced by the inertia of the cross-section and the number of columns in each direction is different. The forces in the square column are 1% greater, the shear force is 62% smaller and the axial force is 24% greater than the circular column. The square column model with IO performance level has the ability to accept lateral loads and deformations on a larger capacity curve compared to circular columns for X and Y direction earthquakes.</em></p>Ratna DewiI Wayan ArtanaI Putu Laintarawan

<p><em>Buleleng Regency has sub-districts that still experience a shortage of raw water. Tamblang Dam is one of the sources of raw water that will be utilized to meet the needs of raw water in Buleleng Regency. Given the extreme topographic conditions in Buleleng Regency, an economic feasibility study is needed which is used as a reference for the implementer of development and becomes a standard for the feasibility of this infrastructure development. Tariff determination can be done by calculating the capex and opex. Capex is a component of the operational costs required and opex is the investment cost of development. Raw Water consists of a Transmission Unit consisting of Preparatory work for permits, with the source of funds from the APBN, Consulting Services and Stages of Supervision services from the source of funds from the APBN, Construction Work Civil Works, Mechanical Electrical Works IPA and JDU, Mechanical Electrical Works Distribution Reservoirs with the source of funds from the APBN while in the Production unit the preparation work, planning and supervision of the Distribution Reservoir uses the APBD budget.
