Abstract

Dinas sosial pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak has an important role in society. However, based on the results of observations, several problems were found, namely that not everyone understands how to use the Sisenso application, it is not yet known what the quality of service has been provided and there is a lack of directions to get to the service location. The aim of this service activity is to help resolve problems that occur by providing training in using the Sisenso Application and providing questionnaires as a measure of service quality, creating directions and suggestion boxes. Therefore, the methods used are socialization, training and mentoring. The service activities have been successfully carried out so that employees are able to use the Siseno application, the quality of service provided can also be measured so that we can know what needs to be improved and what needs to be improved. Apart from that, the activity was also successful by providing a suggestion box and providing directions so that people would not be confused about where to go to the service.
