Dinas sosial pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak has an important role in society. However, based on the results of observations, several problems were found, namely that not everyone understands how to use the Sisenso application, it is not yet known what the quality of service has been provided and there is a lack of directions to get to the service location. The aim of this service activity is to help resolve problems that occur by providing training in using the Sisenso Application and providing questionnaires as a measure of service quality, creating directions and suggestion boxes. Therefore, the methods used are socialization, training and mentoring. The service activities have been successfully carried out so that employees are able to use the Siseno application, the quality of service provided can also be measured so that we can know what needs to be improved and what needs to be improved. Apart from that, the activity was also successful by providing a suggestion box and providing directions so that people would not be confused about where to go to the service.

Elderly experienced degenerative diseases due to the aging process. Decreased organ function causes several symptoms that decrease life quality. Elderly in Banjar Tatasan Kaja, Denpasar, Bali also have several symptoms and reduce their activities. Even though there is regular exercise every week, they never undergo health screening. We conduct training to screen for degenerative diseases for elderly cadres, health screening and health promotion for the elderly. Five cadres (100%) were trained to do health screening. Screening tools are handed over to the head of the cadre. Furthermore, elderly cadres assist doctors and midwife to help to do health screening activities. Forty-four elders participate in health promotion and screening. Health promotion was about degenerative diseases and tips to improve physical activities. The result of this program is skill improvement of elderly cadres and knowledge improvement of elderly about degenerative diseases. The pre-test average is 23.95% and the post-test average is 85.12%. The knowledge score increased by about 61.17%. Elderly who have some symptoms can consult with the community service team doctor. The program went well and the cadre will continuously do the health screening.

Community service activities in an effort to increase social welfare for elderly stakeholders have the aim of being a form of devotion to stakeholders (Rsi Yadnya) and fostering a sense of social care as well as increasing and strengthening kinship ties. This activity is carried out through several stages, namely observation, preparation, distribution and activity reports. The target of this activity is the elders in Klaten. The result of this activity was that there were five (5) elderly stakeholders who received basic food packages, the elderly stakeholders felt happy and thanked them very much. the team has cared about and has seen firsthand how the condition of the stakeholders who need a helping hand so the team is also happy because the distribution of these basic food packages can help relieve basic daily needs a little.

The recent development of information and communication technology has transformed various aspects of human life, including in the culinary sector. Mango Taru Restaurant & Bar, as a culinary business actor, is committed to continuously adapting to technological advancements. One of the challenges faced is managing the influx of customers that come simultaneously. The scarcity of menu books often leads to increased customer waiting time, reducing service efficiency and triggering customer dissatisfaction. To address this issue, researchers accompanied Mango Taru Restaurant & Bar in implementing digitization through QR Code scanning technology as a sustainable solution. This accompaniment aims to improve service efficiency, reduce paper waste, and provide a better customer experience. The research employed a qualitative approach involving interviews, observations, and document analysis, resulting in a digitally-based restaurant menu using QR Codes applied in mini flyers and business cards. The results of this accompaniment provide benefits for Mango Taru Restaurant & Bar, reflecting a commitment to environmentally friendly practices, and reinforcing the restaurant's image as an innovative place that offers high-quality culinary experiences. This study illustrates the importance of technological digitization in the culinary industry and presents recommendations to maximize the results of this accompaniment while maintaining a focus on the customer experience.

Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae. Leprosy is the main cause of permanent physical disability. Defects in the hands and feet are divided into three levels of disability according to WHO (1988), level 0 (no anesthesia and anatomical abnormalities), level 1 (anesthesia, no anatomical abnormalities) and level 2 (anatomical abnormalities). There is no effective therapy for leprosy disability, so holistic therapy such as medical rehabilitation is needed. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is a leprosy sufferer, a 63 years old woman with grade 2 disability and her family. The patient also experienced paralysis in both legs due to a stroke which was a complication of the diabetes mellitus. The method for implementing PKM activities is by providing training on self-rehabilitation and self-care so that complications due to leprosy disability can prevented, and providing wheelchairs to help partners mobilize.
