Abstract

Human resource is one of the most important factors in a company because of the effectiveness and success of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Job Satisfaction in Mediating Financial Compensation on Organizational Commitment to Employees of PT. Lintas Mitra Anugerah Sejati in Denpasar, which took a sample of 51 people. The test instrument used was the validity and reliability test with the path analysis technique and the Sobel test. The results of the analysis show that (1) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (4) job satisfaction mediates the effect. Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. To increase employee commitment, the company is expected to provide incentives according to the quality and quantity of work produced by employees in order to be able to encourage employees to be able to provide the best potential for the company.
