Abstract

Job satisfaction is a general positive attitude of individuals towards their work. In order for employees to have high job satisfaction, an organization needs to pay attention to the factors that affect job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the VIP department of Finns Beach Club Bali, with the aim of knowing the effect of financial compensation, teamwork, organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability tests, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocesdasticity test, and T test and F test. The number of respondents is 70 people with saturated sample method. The results of the analysis conducted show that financial compensation, teamwork, organizational commitment partially and simultaneously positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of VIP employees at Finns Beach Club Bali in Badung.
