Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Minat Konsumen Bumdes
Abstract
This BUMDes is a vehicle for running a business in the village. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Consumer Interest in Bumdes Desa Baru Catur Bhuana Sari Marga Tabanan. This research was conducted at BUMDes Desa Baru Catur Bhuana Sari Marga Tabanan engaged in services such as marketing savings and loans and PAM Desa BUMDes Desa. New Catur Bhuana Sari Marga Tabanan. Questionnaires that have been analyzed for validity and reliability are given as many as 82 samples who have shopped at BUMDes. The analysis technique used is regression analysis. From the research results, it is known (1) there is a positive effect of the marketing mix on consumer interest. (2) there is a positive effect of service quality on consumer interest. (3) the simultaneous influence of marketing mix variables and service quality on consumer interest. In order to be able to research and examine other factors not examined in this study that can affect consumer interest in addition to the marketing mix and service quality.
