Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada CO. Bali Rivan Production
Abstract
The achievement of company goals will not be separated from the performance shown by each employee in the company. This research was conducted to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation, and workload on employee performance at CO. Bali Rivan Production both racially and simultaneously. With a total population of 40 people, all of them were used as samples using the census method. Analysis of the collected data will be carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously work discipline, compensation, and workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CO. Bali Rivan Production. It is hoped for CO. Bali Rivan Production to evaluate performance by taking into account work discipline, compensation and workload factors.
