Abstract

Movenpick Resort & SPA Jimbaran Bali is a company engaged in services that focuses on the role of human resources in achieving company goals. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of motivation, job training, and career development on employee performance at Movenpick Resort and Spa Jimbaran Bali partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, job training and career development on employee performance partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are 88 people. The method in this research is done by distributing questionnaires, observations, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the technique of validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear analysis, T-test and F-test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously motivation, job training and career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Movenpick Resort and Spa Jimbaran. Simultaneously, the variables of motivation, job training and career development contributed 63.1% to employee performance. There are suggestions for company management to improve employee competence, improve relationships with colleagues, improve job training, provide transparency about job promotions, prepare employees to be able to anticipate problems and to be able to adapt to changes that occur.
