Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Keadilan Organisasional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pada 7 Bidadari Boutique Hotel Di Seminyak, Bali
Abstract
Employee commitment to the company is very important to support the achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational justice on employee organizational commitment at 7 Bidadari Boutique Hotel in Seminyak, Bali partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees at 7 Bidadari Boutique Hotel in Seminyak, Bali with a specified sample size of 36 respondents with a saturated sample method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at 7 Bidadari Boutique Hotel in Seminyak, Bali partially and simultaneously. Suggestions in this study are 7 Bidadari Boutique Hotel in Seminyak, Bali to increase the organizational commitment of its employees by looking at transformational leadership factors and organizational justice.
