Abstract

Increasingly tight business competition requires companies to continue to work harder in order to improve their performance. This research was conducted to determine the effect of human relations and team work on employee performance at PT. Reliance Indonesia Insurance. With the census method, the entire population will be used as a sample with a total of 40 employees.. The data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the analysis found that partially and simultaneously human relations and team work have an effect on employee performance at PT. Reliance Indonesia Insurance positively and significantly. It is recommended to maintain employee performance by looking at human relations and team work factors.
