Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Demokratis Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Kumbasari - Badung
Abstract
Satisfied employees will show their best abilities in order to help the company achieve its goals. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership and motivation on job satisfaction at the Kumbasari - Badung Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP). The entire population, namely 55 people, was determined as a sample using the census method. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. From the results of the analysis it is known that partially and simultaneously, democratic leadership and motivation have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction at the Kumbasari - Badung Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP). This research contains suggestions that companies maintain employee job satisfaction through democratic leadership approaches and giving motivation.
