Pengaruh Reward, Komitmen Organisasi dan Keadilan Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada The Joglo Restaurant Di Canggu, Kuta Utara
Abstract
To measure the effectiveness of human resource utilization, thus an employee performance assessment is conducted to the influencing factors such as reward, organizational commitment and organizational justice. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of reward, organizational commitment and organizational justice towards employee performance. The number of samples used was 36 respondents with the census method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results, it can be seen that: (1) Rewards have a positive and significant influence towards employee performance, (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence towards employee performance, (3) Organizational justice has a positive and significant influence towards employee performance, (4) Rewards, Organizational commitment and organizational justice simultaneously have a positive and significant influence towards employee performance. The influence amount of the independent variables on employee performance is 80.0%. To improve the employee performance, of The Joglo Restaurant in Canggu, North Kuta, necessary to improve the salary system for employees, ensuring that employees get their salaries on time.
