Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Keuangan Daerah di Kabupaten Tabanan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Regional Finance Agency in Tabanan Regency. The number of respondents taken was 59 employees with the sampling method, namely saturated sampling. Collecting questionnaire data and tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, determination, partial and simultaneous significance test with the t test and F test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the physical work environment had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance, and the physical work environment and work discipline had a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
