Pengaruh Literasi, Inklusi, dan Pengelolaan Keuangan terhadap Tingkat Kinerja Keuangan UMKM di Kota Denpasar

Abstract

The financial performance of MSMEs will be successful if MSMEs are able to be accountable for their business finances. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of literacy, inclusion and financial management on the level of financial performance of MSMEs in Denpasar. The sample used was 100 MSMEs in Denpasar with the convenience sampling method. Data collection methods used were observation, literature study, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, t test and F test. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that, partially and simultaneously literacy, inclusion and financial management have a positive and significant effect on the level of financial performance of MSMEs in Denpasar. Suggestions in this study are for MSME actors to understand knowledge of business finance, be able to choose financial service products that suit their needs, and better manage their business finances.
