Peran Motivasi Memediasi Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Perusahan Tenun Putri Ayu di Gianyar
Abstract
Performance is the answer to the success or failure of the organizational goals that have been set. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on motivation, to determine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance and to determine the indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through motivation. The sample in the study was 45 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Validity Test and Sobel Test. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation. (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) organizational culture indirectly affects employee performance through consumer motivation. The suggestion that the researcher can give is that Tenun Putri Ayu Gianyar is expected to give a warning to employees who do not reach the target, increase the number of awards given and routinely provide training and guidance to employees.
