Pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Every leader has a different leadership style but still plays an important role in leadership.. The leadership style that every leader has should not only be in managing the organization but also prioritizing the interests of workers and organizational goals.. This research was conducted to determine the effect of servant leadership and work ethic on employee performance.This research was conducted at BPKAD Gianyar Regency. The sample used in this study were 110 respondents who were determined using the proportional random sampling method. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Servant leadership and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKAD Gianyar Regency.
