Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta (Money Changer) di Sanur
Abstract
Human resources are one of the most decisive factors for the success or failure of organizations in achieving goals, both public and private organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta (Money Changer) in Sanur by taking a sample of 56 people. The test instrument used is the Validity and Reliability Test with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques. The results of the analysis show that: (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In improving employee performance, the company is expected to pay attention to what is the job responsibility of each employee in terms of supporting the goal of achieving good performance, the company is able to provide incentives in accordance with the quality and quantity of work produced in order to be able to encourage employees to be able to provide the best potential and achieve the given work target, with this employees will feel satisfaction at work and can increase commitment so that they can make employees work more effectively and stay with the company.
