Abstract

The tourism business sector, very important components that support the business itself, namely the human resource factor. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of democratic leadership style and job training on employee morale at the Artist Coffee Studio in Ubud. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression coefficient analysis, analysis of determination, t-test and F-test. The data collection method is all employees at the Artist Coffee Studio in Ubud, as many as 38 people. The results of the analysis show that 1) Democratic Leadership Style partially has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the Artist Coffee Studio in Ubud. 2) Job Training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the Artist Coffee Studio in Ubud. Suggestions that can be given in this study are expected to the employees of Seniman Coffee Studio in order to increase work productivity and relationships between fellow employees so that work morale is higher.
