Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality or quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research was conducted at PT. Indobali Satya Graha Denpasar which is located at Gatot Subroto No. 98A Denpasar. The number of respondents taken are all employees at PT. Indobali Satya Graha, totaling 40 people. Data was collected through observation, literature study, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence, work culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. It is expected that the management of the company and all members of the organization are able to establish a harmonious working relationship so that a sense of security and comfort arises at work and in the end can achieve the target set by the company.
