Pengaruh Rekrutmen Dan Pelatihan SOP Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Abstract
The success of the company in carrying out its duties and functions is closely related to the human resources in the company. Good employee performance appraisal can not be separated from the recruitment process and good SOP training. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SOP recruitment and training on employee performance. The research was conducted at Yogurt Republic Dhyana Pura. This research was conducted on 85 employees of Yogurt Republic using a census technique. Primary data collection was carried out using interviews at the pre-survey stage and questionnaires using a Likert scale to determine respondents' perceptions of the variables tested. The instrument test was carried out by testing the validity and reliability and continued with the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression to answer the hypothesis. Based on the research results, the results of recruitment and training of SOPs have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions in this study are Yogurt Republic Dhyana Pura is expected to always pay attention to the ability of prospective employees to match the job description when conducting the recruitment process, it is expected to provide training to employees using materials that are in accordance with the needs of the employee's job.
