Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja Dan Person Organization Fit Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Yan’s House Hotel Kuta Bali
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, workload and person organization fit partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 43 respondents. Data collection methods used are: observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Based on the results of the study, the results obtained: (1) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Person Organization Fit has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Simultaneously Work Environment, Workload and Person Organization Fit have a significant effect on performance. Suggestions in this study are to the management of Yan's House Hotel Kuta Bali to improve the quality of lighting, pay attention to employee discipline, increase employee motivation, improve coordination between management and employees and increase a sense of belonging to an employee..
