Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel The Haven Bali Seminyak

Abstract

Human resources are the determining factor and the most influential on the success of a company. For this reason, achieving employee goals requires adequate competence and motivation to encourage employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance at The Haven Bali Seminyak Hotel partially and simultaneously. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of the study, it was found that: Competence and work motivation had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at The Haven Bali Seminyak Hotel. The magnitude of the influence of competence and work motivation on employee performance is 58.7%. The suggestions that can be given to the leadership or management should be able to provide competency development such as training for employees. Management is expected to be able to provide opportunities for employees to provide ideas to build the company. It is expected that competence and work motivation can improve employee performance.
