Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Kemampuan Kerja dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Krisna Oleh-Oleh Khas Bali, Gianyar
Abstract
The Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Work Ability, and Teamwork on Employee Performance at Krisna Souvenir Khas Bali in Blangsinga-Gianyar. The formulation of the problem is: How does the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Work Ability, and Teamwork partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at Krisna Souvenir Khas Bali in Blangsinga-Gianyar. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Work Ability, and Teamwork partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance. Answering the problems posed in this study, the analytical tools used in this study are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination tests, F statistical tests and t statistical tests. The results of the hypothesis test in this study showed that partially and simultaneously emotional intelligence, work ability, and teamwork had a significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the emotional intelligence, the better the work ability, and the better the teamwork, it will affect the improvement of Employee Performance at Krisna Souvenir Khas Bali in Blangsinga-Gianyar
