Tourism has been believed to be a driving force for the economy in the Province of Bali and this has encouraged the emergence of many businesses engaged in tourism, especially hotel accommodation facilities. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of selection, job training, and Dr. Hita Karana to determine employee performance. This research was conducted at Sun Island Hotel Legian which is located in Kuta District, Badung Regency. The population in this study were all employees, totaling 62 people. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the determination analysis show that 76.2 percent of employee performance is influenced by a combination of selection, job placement, and tri hita karana. Partially it can be proven that selection has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and tri hita karana has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously it is known that selection, job placement, and tri hita karana have a significant effect on employee performance.
