Optimal performance is the desire of all companies, but performance will be achieved if the work processes carried out at the company are in accordance with operational standards. Employees are required to be able to carry out the tasks assigned to them properly, namely by optimizing working time, being disciplined and honest in order to achieve work results with good and high quality and quantity. This research was conducted to measure the effect of Asta Brata Spiritual Leadership and Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at the Kaamala Resort Hotel Ubud. This research was conducted at Hotel Kaamala Resort Ubud which is located at Jl.Bisma Ubud. The population in this study were all employees at Hotel Kaamala Resort Ubud, totaling 56 people. The sample used in this study was 56 respondents who were determined using the census method. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test and F-test. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: (1) Asta Brata's spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Non-financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Asta Brata Spiritual Leadership and Non-Financial Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The magnitude of the influence of independent variables on employee performance is 68.3%.
