Pengaruh Reward, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berdasarkan Konsep Asta Brata terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

The importance of job satisfaction should be owned by government agencies because government agencies have the main task of serving the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectreward, physical work environment, and asta brata leadership on employee job satisfaction. The location of this research was conducted at the Denpasar Industrial Training Center Office with a total population of 43 people, namely all office employees and using a saturated sample. Observation, interviews, documentation, literature reviews, and questionnaires are employed to collect data. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis technique used. According to the results of the determination analysis, the contributionreward, physical work environment, and asta brata leadership have a 71.5 percent impact on job satisfaction. Reward has a positive and statistically significant effect on job satisfaction, as measured by a regression coefficient of 0.375, the physical work environment has a positive and statistically significant effect on job satisfaction, and asta brata leadership has a positive and statistically significant effect on job satisfaction, as measured by a regression coefficient of (0.279). Simultaneous significance test results provereward, physical work environment, and asta brata leadership have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with F count (32.654) > F table (2.851).
