Pengaruh Job Insecurity dan Workplace Bullying terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Pada Yanyan Resort Ubud

The purpose of this study was to partially and simultaneously determine the effect of Job Insecurity and workplace Bullying on employee Turnover intention at YanYan Resort Ubud. This research was conducted at YanYan Resort Ubud, Gianyar, Bali. The number of samples in this study was 43 respondents, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, literature, documentation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that partially the variables of Job Insecurity and Workplace Bullying have a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention at YanYan Resort Ubud, as well as the simultant influence of Job Insecurity and Workplace Bullying variables on Employee Turnover Intention at YanYan Resort Ubud. The value of the coefficient of determination was obtained at 85.5% while the remaining 14.5% was influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study. So it can be concluded that Job Insecurity and Workplace Bullying simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention at YanYan Resort Ubud. It is recommended that the management of YanYan Resort Ubud provide a comfortable work situation and still pay attention to the responsibilities and authorities of employees at work, so that employees feel at home at work, have the spirit to work, and help the goals of the company be achieved.
