Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of readiness for change and perceived organizational support on employee performance at PT. Fill Bai As in Denpasar City. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Fill in Bai As, which is located at Jl. Tukad Ayung No. 11B, Renon, South Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. The research objects in this study are Readiness for change, Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Performance at PT Isi Bai As Company, Denpasar City. The population in this study were all employees working at PT Isi Bai As Denpasar City. The method of determining the sample in this study is simple random sampling. This study uses part of the non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling (census). The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that Readness for change has a positive relationship to employee performance. Perceived organization support has a positive relationship to employee performance. Readiness for change and perceived organizational support have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
