Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Beban Kerja dan Teamwork Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Bali Post

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the physical work environment, workload and teamwork on employee performance at PT Bali Post. In this study, the research population was all 38 employees of PT Bali Post. The sample used in this research was 38 respondents who were determined using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. Based on the research results it can be seen that: (1) The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance . (2) Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (3) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) The physical work environment, workload and teamwork have a significant effect on employee performance. Seeing the research results, PT Bali Post suggested making windows in all existing work spaces. This is important to ensure that air circulation in the room is good so that employees are comfortable at work and produce maximum work results
