Abstract

Good human resource development or management can easily enable an employee to face and complete task demands both now and in the future. As time goes by, it will be difficult for employees to obtain achievements and skills if they only rely on what they have without ever carrying out a training or development process. This research aims to determine the influence of work family conflict, career development, work environment on the performance of non-ASN employees at the Denpasar City Transportation Service Office. The number of samples in this study was 82 non-ASN employees at the Denpasar City Transportation Service Office. Respondents were taken from each division using the proportional random sampling method. Data collection in this research used interview, observation and questionnaire methods to determine the perceptions of respondents. The analysis technique used is the research instrument test and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this research are that work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work family conflict, career development and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of non-ASN employees at the Denpasar City Transportation Service Office. Based on the results of the research, it can be suggested that company management should better control the amount of work given to employees, every time there is a promotion, socialization should be carried out, management should pay more attention to the employee's workplace environment and for subsequent previous research to use other theories such compensation, motivation, and organization chitizenship behavior.
