Abstract

The phenomenon or problem related to employee performance at Komaneka at Bisma is related to a bad work environment which is the main trigger in declining employee performance, where employees feel uncomfortable because seniors at Komaneka At Bisma still apply the seniority system so that work that is not in accordance with the ability of employees is done forcibly so that the results obtained are not optimal and unable to achieve the specified targets. The purpose of this research is to ascertain how work motivation, work discipline, leadership affect employee performance at Komaneka At Bisma. The research site "Komaneka At Bisma" is located on Jalan Bisma, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency. A total of 45 respondents became research samples. Questionnaires, document studies, interviews, observations are some of the methods of collecting data check the following studies for validity and reliability: F, T, and classical assumption tests as well as multiple linear regression analysis and termination coefficients. are some of the procedures for use in data analysis. The results showed that the performance of Komaneka At Bhishma employees was significantly influenced by leadership, work discipline, and work motivation simultaneously. At Komaneka At Bisma, leadership has a major positive impact on worker performance. Order of place of work.
