Abstract

The existence of cooperatives in Bali Province is closely related to the efforts of the Bali Provincial Government in improving the welfare of the community. So that the problem of human resources in cooperatives is a challenge in itself in order to achieve the success of cooperatives. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyse the effect of spiritual leadership and THK-based organisational culture on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, namely 76 employees in the Abiansemal Dauh Yeh Cani Village Area cooperative. In this study using 26 statements that have been tested using the instrument test. Then to test the hypothesis, the data was analysed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that spiritual leadership and THK-based organisational culture have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance. So it is expected for leaders to pay more attention to the role of spirituality in leading by developing leadership skills and familiarising THK-based organisational culture that supports improved employee performance.
