Abstract

The rapid growth of tourism in Bali has encouraged the development of the restaurant business, where the company's success is greatly influenced by employee performance which is influenced by organizational culture, which can shape employee behavior and mindset in accordance with company goals and adapt to changes made by the company. The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of organizational culture on work motivation and employee performance at CV. Wahaha Bali Oetama, as well as to identify the role of work motivation as a mediator in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This research was conducted at CV. Wow Bali Oetama. The data in this research comes from questionnaires or primary data. The research population is all CV employees. Wahaha Bali Oetama as many as 39 people and in this research used the SPSS test. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation and performance, with work motivation acting as a significant mediator in this relationship. In addition, model validation through a total coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.987 indicates that this model is very good at explaining data variations, with 98.7% of the variation being explained by the model, indicating high model validity and strength.
