Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyse the effect of digital marketing, brand image and product quality on Mie Gacoan consumer satisfaction (case study at Mie Gacoan Pakerisan Branch). The population and the sample in this study were 100 consumers of Mie Gacoan Pakerisan Branch. The data in this research comes from questionnaires as primary data and literature reviews as secondary data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas. The research results show that digital marketing,brand image, and product quality simultaneously or together have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Pakerisan Branch. The results of the t test analysis show that digital marketing has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction tcount (7,558) sig 0,000. Brand image has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction tcount (6,490) sig 0,000. Product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction tcount (6,928) sig 0,000.
