The purpose of this research is to know the direct influence of transformational leadership style and motivation on employee performance at Sisterfields Cafe Seminyak as well as to know the indirect influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance through motivation at Sisterfields Cafe Seminyak. The number of samples taken in this study as many as 68 employees using random sampling method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The result of this study is that transformational leadership style and motivation partially affect employee performance and transformational leadership style has an indirect effect on employee performance through motivation. The advice in this study is that it is expected that the company can improve employee performance through transformational leadership style and motivation.  ER -
