The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, human relations, and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana In Gianyar partially and simultaneously. The number of samples was set at 48 respondents with a saturated sample method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that organizational culture, human relations, and the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana In Gianyar partially and simultaneously. Suggestions in this study are to maintain and improve the performance of employees by looking at the factors of organizational culture, human relations, and the physical work environment. ER -
