This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee turnover intentions through job satisfaction at PT. Super Horeca Niaga Denpasar. The number of samples in this study was 50 people with the total sampling/census method. This research instrument test using a validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and path analysis. Based on the analysis, it is known that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction can mediate compensation that affects turnover intention.  at PT Super Horeca Niaga Denpasar. The suggestion from this research is to reduce the level of turnover intention, that is, fair compensation must be considered so that employees feel motivated and do not choose to leave the company.  ER -
