The population in this study were all employees of KSP Kumbasari Badung, totaling 120 people, the method of determining the sample was using the Slovin formula with the sampling technique of simple random sampling. Data analysis using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment has an effect on OCB, organizational commitment has an effect on employee performance, OCB has an effect on employee performance, organizational commitment through OCB mediation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Kumbasari Badung.
