The population in this study were all employees of the Karma Mayura Ubud Hotel in 2021 with a total of 45 people. The sample used in this study were 45 respondents, namely all employees of the Karma Mayura Ubud Hotel in 2021. The data analysis technique used in this study was validity, reliability , classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectreward, physical work environment, and asta brata leadership on employee job satisfaction. The location of this research was conducted at the Denpasar Industrial Training Center Office with a total population of 43 people, namely all office employees and using a saturated sample. Observation, interviews, documentation, literature reviews, and questionnaires are employed to collect data. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis technique used. According to the results of the determination analysis, the contributionreward, physical work environment, and asta brata leadership have a 71.5 percent impact on job satisfaction. This is certainly detrimental to the company and also consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior employees at J&amp;T Express Drop Point Renon Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 33 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test (t test) and (f test). The results showed a positive and significant influence between work motivation onorganizational citizenship behavior employees, meaning that the higher the level of employee motivation, the higher the level of organizational citizenship behavior employee. Judging from the results of the t-count which is equal to 2.386 with a sig value of 0.024 where the t-count value is greater than the t-table which is 1.697 so that the first hypothesis is accepted. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of leadership and work environment on employee work discipline. This research was conducted at the Tabanan Regency Manpower Office. The number of samples taken were 32 respondents. The research test instrument collection technique uses validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of determination. The test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on employee work discipline at the Tabanan Regency Manpower Office (H1) and the work environment on employee work discipline at the Tabanan Regency Manpower Office (H2) which can be seen from the t-count test results obtained t -count is greater than t-table according to a predetermined formula, so the first hypothesis (H1) and second (H2) are accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between leadership and the work environment on employee work discipline at the tabanan district labor office. The value of the company can be judged by its stable share price and increases in the long term. High stock prices make the company value also high. The higher the company value indicates the prosperity of the shareholders. This study aims to re-examine the effect of the variable profitability (ROE), investment decisions (PER) and funding decisions (DER) on firm value (PBV). This research was conducted at companies registered on the Liquid 45 index (LQ-45) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The number of samples taken was 35 companies per year and 105 companies during the 2017-2019 period, using the purposive sampling research method. Data collection is carried out by accessing the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, Investment Decisions do not have a significant effect on Firm Value, Funding Decisions have a significant positive effect on Firm Value. The results of this study can be used as an alternative teaching resource to add material related to related courses, for information materials and input to management in order to improve company performance so that it is better in the future.
