Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction are interesting aspects to study to measure employee performance in an organization and company. Quantitative measurement related to the impression of OCB and job satisfaction on employee performance is the main objective of this study. The study was conducted at the Bali Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center, with a sample of 137 employees. Data were collected using observation, interview, and questionnaire methods, with instruments that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a positive significance of the OBC variable and job satisfaction on employee performance. There are also important aspects related to customer loyalty, namely service quality and price. The aim of this study is to investigate how service quality and pricing impact customer loyalty towards Wah Laundry services. This research was carried out at Wah Laundry, involving 130 participants selected through accidental sampling. Data was gathered through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis employed multiple linear regression using the SPSS software to examine these relationships. PT. Nekhawa in Ubud, which was the subject of the study, and 31 of its employees were the samples. Furthermore, the saturated sample method is used for sample determination. In improving purchasing decisions, there are several factors that can affect performance, including word of mouth and social media marketing. Good word of mouth and social media marketing can increase consumer interest in making purchase decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of word of mouth and social media marketing on the increase in purchase decisions both partially and simultaneously.&nbsp;</em><em>This research was conducted at Godamn Kitchen &amp; Bar. The population in this study is all consumers at Godamn Kitchen &amp; Bar which totals 11,972, of the total population 100 people are used as research samples with a sampling technique, namely using the slovin technique. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, literature study, and questionnaire methods measured using the Likert Scale of five answer options starting from strongly disagreeing with the validity and reliability test using SPSS software. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, determination coefficient analysis and simultaneous significance test (t-test and f-test). The results of the analysis showed that word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, word of mouth and social media marketing simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. In this study, the researcher suggested that Godamn Kitchen &amp; Bar add tools to disseminate information and occasionally give away to provoke consumers' interest in posting products. The research method used is quantitative. The location of the Kayumanis Ubud Private Villa &amp; Spa study with the total population in this study is all employees of Kayumanis Ubud Private Villa &amp; Spa which amounted to 96 people because the population was less than 100 so it used the entire population or often also called using saturated samples. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t Test and F Test.</em> <em>Based on the results of the study, it was found that democratic leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of Kayumanis Ubud Private Villa &amp; Spa. This research includes 726,800 Denpasar residents who have never bought Tokopedia products. Purposeful sampling and linear regression analysis were employed to test 200 samples. Consumer purchase decisions are significantly and somewhat positively influenced by pricing, e-commerce, and product quality. Cost, quality, and affordability all influence what people decide to buy. Based on what the study found, Tokopedia should constantly be adding new products to its inventory to pique customers' interest in visiting its online store. Tokopedia is expected to display products on the Tokopedia application according to the actual condition of the goods. Tokopedia should be able to re-evaluate the prices it offers, so that it can be more competitive than competitors. This research employs a quantitative approach and was carried out at PT BPR Tish Batubulan with a total population of 38 employees. A saturated sampling technique was used, meaning all members of the population were included as research subjects. Primary data were gathered through a questionnaire, and hypothesis testing was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that: 1) the recruitment system positively and significantly influences job performance, 2) career development positively and significantly affects job performance, and 3) the combined recruitment and career development system has a positive and significant impact on job performance. Astra Motor Honda Ubud Branch in Gianyar also encountered issues with employee performance, including problems related to empowerment and work motivation. The purpose of this study is to assess how empowerment and work motivation impact employee performance. This research is quantitative in nature and was carried out at the Astra Motor Honda Ubud Branch in Gianyar, involving a population of 38 employees. This study employs a saturated sampling method, ensuring that every member of the population is included as a research subject. Data collection was conducted through the use of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was performed via multiple linear regression analysis. One of the culinary businesses that has unique characteristics and is popular is Warung Babi Guling. One of the famous suckling pigs in Bali is Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana. In 2022, Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana succeeded in increasing their net profit from 2021, but in 2023 there was a decline in sales from 2022. Apart from the data that has been described, researchers also conducted interviews regarding the Store Atmosphere at Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana and highlighted several negative aspect. The results of interviews conducted with several consumers who have never shopped at Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana often hear and receive negative information regarding the assessments given by customers who have shopped at Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana through reviews on social media. The population in this study is all consumers of Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana, the number of members of the population is not known for certain. The sampling technique was carried out using accidental sampling so that the researchers determined 104 samples. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear. A company has good expansion if it can attract consumers in deciding to purchase products from a market that gets a positive response from consumers. Promotion, product variety and price are factors that are thought to stimulate positive emotional responses from consumers as an effort to increase consumer buyying interests. The aim of this researcsh is to determines the influences ofs promotions, product variations and prices ons purchasing interest at UD Saudara in Denpasar. This researcsh was conducted at UD Saudara in Denpasar with a sampel size of 96 people using a random sampling methods. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that online customer reviews, online customer ratings and price perceptions have a positive and significant influence partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Bali Bagus Gubug Tabanan Regency. The population in the study were all employees at UD. Bali Bagus Gubug Tabanan Regency as many as 33 people, the sampling method uses the census method. Data collection was carried out by interview, questionnaire, and documentation methods. Instrument testing is done with validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. The results of hypothesis testing prove that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and teamwork has a positive and non-significant effect on employee performance. This condition causes intense competition among official repair shop managers, which allows customer loyalty to become lower. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and price perception on customer loyalty, mediated by customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Suzuki Indo Permai Veteran Denpasar Workshop. The population of this study was 1,912 customers recorded in 2023. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula so that the sample size was determined to be 95 customers using accidental sampling. The analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis prove that customer satisfaction mediates the influence of service quality and price perception on customer loyalty. Before conducting research, researchers discovered problems related to the decline in the realization of credit targets issued by banks. The phenomenon of the large number of employees leaving and leaving Bank Mitra Bali Mukti Jaya Mandiri Bangli can be related to the employee's organizational commitment. There are still certain things that employees have not been able to fulfill in terms of employee organizational commitment in its implementation. This research used saturated sampling, so the sample from this research was 46 employees of Bank Mitra Bali Mukti Jaya Mandiri Bangli. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this research are that servant leadership, organizational commitment and competence partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Mitra Bali Mukti Jaya Mandiri Bangli. To improve the performance of civil servants, work discipline and high job satisfaction are needed. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work performance on the performance of civil servants at the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency Office. This research was conducted at the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency with a population of 60 civil servants. This research uses census techniques so that all members of the population are involved as research subjects. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression. JNE Denpasar branch. In this study, the research population refers to all 118 JNE Express Denpasar branch employees with a sample size of 118 respondents determined using the saturated sample method. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: (1) Recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. (2) Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. The number of saturated samples from 45 respondents was used for sample determination. Observation, interviews, questionnaire distribution, and documentation studies are all methods of data collection. To analyze the data, this study used an instrument test and then conducted multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, T test, and F test. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction of Junglegold Sanur employees, with a significance value of 0.004 less than 0.05, which indicates that Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted. 2) The physical work environment has a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction of Junglegold Sanur employees. The number of samples in this research was 96 customers. The sampling method in this research used the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results show that service quality, communication and company image have a positive and significant partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at KSU Putra Jaya Sejahtera.
