In Sembung Gede Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency, Puskesmas Kerambitan I is the location of this study. This study collected quantitative and qualitative data. This study involved 64 employees from Puskesmas Kerambitan I in Tabanan Regency. The sampling method uses a saturated sampling technique. Employees are an important asset for the company, some argue that it is the employees who determine whether or not the company's goals are achieved. Decreased employee performance at CV. Global Jaya Sejahtera has attracted researchers to conduct research related to employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance. The research method is quantitative with a saturated sampling method. The total sample used was 116 employees as research respondents. The results of this research are that job satisfaction has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance, proven by t<sub>count</sub> = 4.738&gt;t<sub>table</sub> = 1.658, so that H<sub>0</sub> is rejected whereas H<sub>1</sub> is accepted. Workload has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance, proven by t<sub>count</sub> = 8.218&gt;t<sub>table</sub> = 1.658, so that H<sub>0</sub> is rejected whereas H<sub>2</sub> is accepted. Cooperatives now face intense competition with other financial institutions, especially bank financial institutions. Improving organizational performance is a cooperative strategy so that it can survive and develop. The goal that is expected to be achieved is to determine the influence of organizational culture based on </em>Tri Hita Karana<em> and </em>Asta Brata<em> leadership on organizational performance in cooperatives in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The population in this study were 139 heads or managers of cooperatives in Abiansemal District. This study was carried out at Guwang Mart Guwang Traditional Village with a sample size of 100 individuals. There is a purposeful sampling. The present study employed a quantitative research design and employed various data analysis approaches, including classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t tests, f tests, and instrument testing. The variables oral speaking, warehouse atmosphere, and price had a beneficial impact, according to the data. Additionally, the T test calculation shows that each variable, including the word-of-mouth and storage environment factors, has a partially positive and substantial impact. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of personality, work balance and organizational culture on employee performance at the Penatih District Office. The factors that influence purchasing decisions are trust and risk perception. This research aims to determine the influence of trust and risk perception on purchasing decisions at Shopee in Denpasar City. The sample in this study, namely 100 Shoppe users, was tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that Trust has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Risk perception has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This study aims to investigate how empowerment, self-efficacy, and organizational culture affect job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The research was conducted at the Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort. The total population of all employees at the Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort is 247 people. The sample was determined using random sampling with a sample size of 71 people calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and questionnaires, and measured using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results show that empowerment partially has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, self-efficacy partially has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, organizational culture partially has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, and empowerment, self-efficacy, and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. It was the goal of this study to find out how brand recognition and content marketing affect people's desire to buy something at PT Deroyal Tour &amp; Travel in Denpasar. Quantitative research methodology is applied. The study was conducted at PT Deroyal Tour &amp; Travel, and as the population is unlimited, a purposive sampling technique was used to collect the sample of 70 respondents. To examine the data, multiple linear regression analysis will be performed. The study's findings demonstrate that brand recognition and content marketing significantly and favorably influence consumers' desire to make a purchase.The advice that can be given is that the management of PT Deroyal Tour &amp; Travel focuses more on consistency in creating higher quality and interesting content according to what consumers need. As well as making variations in the shape of the logo on vehicles or uniform identification marks that are more unique and different from other tour &amp; travel services so that consumers can easily remember them. Seeing that the population is relatively small, a saturated sample is used by taking the entire population as a sample. Financial reports for 3 consecutive years, namely 2021 to 2022, which were published on the ojk.go.id website, are the main source of data in this research which are then processed using panel data regression analysis to provide answers to the proposed hypotheses. The test results provide evidence that credit quality and operational efficiency individually have a negative and significant effect on the profitability of Rural Banks in Gianyar Regency, while simultaneously providing evidence that these two variables have a significant influence on the profitability of Rural Banks in Gianyar Regency.
