This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used purposive sampling by distributing a questionnaire of 180 respondents with predetermined criteria being guests who were staying overnight and who were at least 17 years old. The results of the data analysis showed that all statement items for each variable in the questionnaire were declared valid, all variables were declared reliable. The results of the P-P Plot Normality Test show that the data used in this study are normally distributed. Multicollinearity test results show no symptoms of multicollinearity between independent variables in the regression model. The results of the Heteroscedasticity Test showed that there were no heteroscedasticity symptoms in the regression model because there was no clear pattern and the distribution of points above and below the number 0 on the Y axis. The results of the multiple linear regression equation in this study were Y = 2.699 + 0.083 X1 + 0.212 X2 + 0.176 X3 + 0.224 X4. Based on the value of Adjusted R square is 51.5%. LPD is an institution belonging to a traditional village, which can only operate in the area of its traditional village, which refers to the Business Model Canvas. The most important thing to do is to maintain a customer relationship. This study aims to examine the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems in increasing work motivation thereby increasing individual performance on LPD. This research was conducted at an LPD located in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The sample in this study were 114 LPD employees using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study uses Path Analysis. To be able to improve employee performance in an organization, it is necessary to have high work discipline and good work motivation to be able to encourage employee enthusiasm to improve their performance to the maximum. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at the Klungkung Regency PUPRPKP Service. The population and sample in this research were all civil servants at the Klungkung Regency PUPRPKP Service, totaling 71 employees. Data collection in this research used questionnaires and interviews with data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS version 3.0. The research results show that: work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from respondents. This data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed offline and online. The population used in this research is generation Z men or women from kebomas district ranging from ages 16 to 23 years who have used the shopeepay digital wallet payment tool when making transactions. The sample used in this research was 110 respondents. The research results show that the perceived ease of use variable has no effect on continuance intention in transactions with the shopeepay digital wallet among generation Z in kebomas district. The population in this study were teenage </em>Shopee<em> users in the Greater Solo area. The sample was taken using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling. Sample calculations used the Hair formula and obtained 135 samples. The data in this research comes from questionnaires as primary data and literature reviews as secondary data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that celebrity endorsements, live streaming, and online customer reviews simultaneously or together have a significant influence on fashion purchasing decisions at </em>Shopee<em>. The results of the t test analysis show that celebrity endorsement partially has a significant positive effect on fashion purchasing decisions at </em>Shopee<em> (t<sub>count</sub> 2.114 &gt; t<sub>table</sub> 1.66). Purposive sampling method was used in sampling this study. The study population consisted of 218 companies that conducted IPOs in that time frame, while the research sample used amounted to 179 companies. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression.
