ANALISIS RISIKO K3 PADA PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR PROYEK GEDUNG BERTINGKAT

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is an important aspect in supporting sustainable national development. High-rise building construction projects have a high level of risk, especially on complex structural work and have the potential to cause work accidents. This study aims to identify and assess the level of hazard risk of structural work against the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in the JW Marriott Hotel construction project in Puhu, Payangan, Gianyar. The research method combines quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches with purposive sampling techniques to select structural workers and K3 experts as research samples. The results of the study identified 61 types of hazard risks that arise in the work of foundations, columns, beams, and floor plates, such as the risk of falling from height, being hit by materials, and being punctured by sharp objects. The Safety Index (SI) calculation shows that most risks are in the Rare (J) and Occasional (K) categories, with an overall SI value of 39.16%, indicating a moderate to high level of risk. Meanwhile, impact analysis showed that 87% of the total 61 risks were in the low risk category, and 13% were in the medium risk category, without finding very high level risks. The Severity Index value of 46,67% confirms that most hazards have the potential to have a significant impact on occupational safety. Overall risk mapping shows moderate risk predominance, with a very limited proportion of low risk.
