Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Melalui Komitmen Organisasi Pada Karyawan Bagian Fresh Food Di Supermarket Tiara Dewata
Abstract
OCB is able to make a positive contribution to improving organizational functions. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of the fresh food department at Tiara Dewata Supermarket? This research was conducted at Tiara Dewata Supermarket, sampling in this study was carried out by saturated sampling technique, amounting to 92 people. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (3) Organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (4) Organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
