Peran Komunikasi dan Penerapan Teknologi Informasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Performance optimization can increase the company's productivity to achieve the goals it has set. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and the application of information technology on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted on 42 civil servants UPTD Regional Tax and Retribution Services for Bali Province in Tabanan Regency using the census method and distributing questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The results of the study concluded that communication and the application of information technology had a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously. Suggestions in this study are to evaluate and improve employee performance by looking at communication factors and the application of information technology.
