Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is extra work behavior that is not part of an employee's formal work obligations, but functions to support organizational functions effectively. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizen behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in UD Nuansa Harmonious in Badung Regency. This research was conducted at UD. Harmonious Shades. The number of samples used is 32 respondents who are employees of UD Nuansa Harmonis, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at UD Nuansa Harmonis.
