Pengaruh Rekrutmen Karyawan Dan Job Description Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

The Ari Canti Cooperative is currently growing rapidly, however, because it does not focus on just one area in building and developing its business, it causes problems in improving work performance for employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial effect of employee recruitment and job description on employee performance at the Ari Canti Cooperative in Gianyar Regency. The population in this study were 34 employees of the Ari Canti Cooperative in Gianyar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled. After the instrument test and classical assumption test were carried out, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis showed that recruitment had a positive and significant effect on job performance. Job description has a positive and significant effect on work performance at the Ari Canti Cooperative in Gianyar Regency.
