Abstract

It is important for all companies to maintain the performance that their employees have. Conducting this research is expected to determine the effect of competency influence on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable of PT. BPR Gisawa In Denpasar. The number of samples taken as many as 32 employees with a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing observations, interviews, documentation, literature study and questionnaires. The research instrument used was the validity test and the reliability test. The analysis technique used is path analysis accompanied by a sobell test. It was found from the research results, namely, directly or indirectly, competence affects employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable of PT. BPR Gisawa In Denpasar. It is hoped that BPR management will continue to evaluate and implement the best strategy in an effort to improve employee performance.
